We are excited to announce the acquisition of The Defence Works, a Manchester, England-based security awareness company. The acquisition brings a library of interactive content to our Security Awareness Training portfolio and provides our customers innovative content to support their Security Education programs. The Defence Works team also adds another interactive content engine enabling Proofpoint to drive further differentiation, delivering highly engaging training aimed at helping customers improve their employees’ security behavior.
The Defence Works’ award-winning content will be integrated into our broader Proofpoint Security Awareness Training offering. This library consists of highly interactive content, including their “classic interactive” modules, monthly episodes based on real life events and live action sketches. This added content and unique content stylization will enhance the current Security Awareness Training platform and bolster the range of interactive content offered to Proofpoint customers. Current customers of The Defence Works will also benefit from Proofpoint’s broader security awareness offering and our next generation threat detection and intelligence.
