What are the accepted payment methods for the conference fee?

You can pay the conference fee via the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, and Discover. Please contact Protect@proofpoint.com, if you have any questions regarding payment.

How do I register for sessions?

The session catalog will be open shortly. We will notify you once it is open and you will be able to build your daily calendar by logging in to our attendee hub.

What do I do if I'm experiencing issues logging into the registration site?

I received a discount code. How do I apply it to my registration?

Early bird discounts will automatically be deducted when submitting your registration in full.

If you have another discount, please coordinate within your organization to assign the individual who will use the code. Note that you must have the code available when registering online. On the payment site, you will be asked to enter your code, click “Apply,” and your fee will be adjusted. Please note discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.

How do I request a copy of my receipt?

You should receive an emailed copy of your receipt or invoice upon completing registration. If you have not, please email the Proofpoint Protect team at protect@proofpoint.com.

Will there be an opportunity to achieve certification at Protect 2024?

Yes. Certification for our two skill-based People Protection and Information Protection certification tracks will be offered at Protect 2024. These certifications validate the critical thinking and technical skills required for you to elevate your industry knowledge, become more competitive in the workplace, and establish your professional reputation. What is the fee for certification?

Certification is included in the cost of registration for Protect but there are a limited number of certification exam seats available. Certification registration is available on a space available basis.

How long are the certification exams?

All candidates receive 90 minutes to complete their exams.

Will I need a laptop for the certification exam?

No, laptops are provided for you when taking the certification exam.

Cancellation

What is Protect's cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your registration, you may do so via the Modify/Cancel Registration button in your event registration confirmation email or via email to Protect@proofpoint.com. Cancellations more than 14 days before the event will be fully refunded and cancellations between 7 and 14 days will be refunded 50%. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed within 3 weeks of the cancellation.

Are attendee substitutions allowed?

Substitutions are managed as a cancel/new transaction as registration records are unique to the registered attendee and are not transferrable. In the event you are unable to attend and another representative from your organization will attend in your place, cancel your registration per the above instructions. The substitute (excluding Proofpoint’s CISO Track which is invite only) will need to complete the online registration form. Email Protect@proofpoint.com if the cancel/new registration occurs within 7 days of the event or if you have any questions.
