We’re excited to announce new additions to our security awareness training portfolio: three broad Predefined CyberStrength knowledge assessments and a Travel Security interactive mini-module.
Simplify Scheduling of Assessments and Follow-Up Training
Our most recent Security Education Platform update included the addition of three broad assessments to our industry-leading CyberStrength knowledge evaluation tool. These predefined assessments are available in three lengths: 55 questions, 33 questions, and 22 questions.
All three include a set selection of questions from our CyberStrength library, and each mix of questions will allow organizations to gauge their users’ understanding of a broad range of cybersecurity topics, including phishing and social engineering scams, social media safety, proper use of WiFi and mobile devices, and more. Administrators can enable or disable our Auto-Enrollment feature by topic, which allows them to automatically schedule follow-up training for those users who do not exhibit a clear knowledge of best practices related to these issues.
Our ten Predefined CyberStrength options simplify the administrative process for organizations that wish to assess their users beyond the phish. The predefined assessments streamline program execution and management, and administrators can effectively use the new broad evaluations to launch a security awareness and training initiative. Our Wombat Wisdom Insiders were instrumental to the development of these new broad assessments, and they are an excellent example of our commitment to working with our customers to deliver the security awareness and training products and services they need to deliver efficient and successful programs.
There’s value to assessing and training #BeyondThePhish.
Teach Users the Best Practices to Follow When Traveling
Our new Travel Security mobile-responsive mini-module is a must for employees who take corporate devices and data on the road. Whether your users travel frequently or infrequently, in-country or abroad, they will benefit from this targeted training, which explains cybersecurity issues they could encounter during domestic and international trips.
As with our other mini-modules, Travel Security delivers brief, interactive training that is designed to be completed in approximately 5 to 7 minutes. It is a mobile-responsive training module, which means that users can access it anytime, anywhere, on any connected device. More than half of our training modules are available in this mobile-responsive format, which conforms to the U.S. Section 508 standard and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 AA standard. As such, these modules can be accessed and completed by end users with disabilities, which gives you the flexibility to deliver consistent training to all employees within your organization.
